The Human Resources environment will be taken offline for a scheduled upgrade starting on Thursday, December 11th at 8:00 pm and continuing through the morning of Monday, December 15th. The Financials environment will still be available.

Important Year End Dates:

June 16th - Last day for Purcard reallocations for journals dated June 2nd
June 23rd - Last day to enter/submit FY25 Requisitions until 4:30pm
June 23rd - Last day to submit FY25 Travel Expense Reports until 4:30pm
June 24th - Last day to approve FY25 Travel Expense Reports until 4:30pm

Important Year End Dates:

July   3rd - Last Day to submit FY25 Invoices and Check Requests to Disbursement Center until 4:30pm
July 11th - Last Day to submit FY25 Departmental Journal Entries
July 14th - Last day to submit FY25 Dean's Office and ABSC Journal Entries
