Important Upgrade News!

The Human Resources environment will be taken offline for a scheduled upgrade starting on Thursday, October 17th at 5:00 pm and continuing through the morning of Monday, October 21st. The Financials environment will still be available.

Important Year End Dates:

June 17th - Last day for Purcard reallocations for journals dated June 2nd
June 21st - Last day to enter/submit FY24 Requisitions until 4:30pm
June 24th - Last day to submit FY24 Travel Expense Reports until 4:30pm
June 25th - Last day to approve FY24 Travel Expense Reports until 4:30pm

Important Year End Dates:

July   3rd - Last Day to submit FY24 Invoices and Check Requests to Disbursement Center until 4:30pm
July 11th - Last Day to submit FY24 Departmental Journal Entries
July 12th - Last day to submit FY24 Dean's Office and ABSC Journal Entries
