The Financials environment will be taken offline for a scheduled upgrade starting on Thursday, April 13th at 5:00 pm and continuing through the morning of Monday, April 17th. The Human Resources environment will still be available.

Important Year End Dates:

June 17th - Last Day for Purcard reallocations for journals dated June 2nd
June 22nd - Last day to submit FY22 Travel Expense Reports until 4:30pm
June 22nd - Last day to enter/submit FY22 Requisitions until 4:30pm
June 24th - Last day to approve FY22 Travel Expense Reports until 4:30pm

Important Year End Dates:

July   7th - Last Day to submit FY22 Check Requests to Disbursement Center until 4:30pm
July   7th - Last Day to submit FY22 Invoices to Disbursement Center until 4:30pm
July 12th - Last day to enter/submit FY22 Departmental Journal Entries
July 13th - Last day to submit FY22 Dean's Office and ABSC Journal Entries
